Product Information
Most of the products displayed on Our Site are available at Hudson
Valley wholesale Retailers in the United States while supplies last.
In some cases, products displayed for sale on Our Site may not be
available in stores. The prices displayed on Our Site are quoted in
U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
We make every effort to display product colors on Our Site as accurately
as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of
any product will be accurate.
Links to Our Site, Frames and Metatags
You may not link to the home page of Our Site in any way that might

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hudson Valley. and its partners, subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, directors, trustees, agents, and employees harmless
against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement, or
your violation of any law or rights of a third party in connection
with your use of Our Site.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without
notice for any reason, including for a user's violation of any of
the Agreement provisions.
Governed by Laws of New Jersey/ Forum Selection
This Agreement and any claim or dispute relating to it will be governed
by the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts made
and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and
federal courts sitting in the State and County of California, and
you waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections
to such courts.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or for
any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed
and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provision.
